State Meet

a. 9:30 coaches meeting with state final personnel in staff dining room

b. 9:45 IHSGCA has 15 minutes to present award

6. Senior Gymnast Nominees

7. Senior Gymnast of the Year

c. Pictures will be taken of all award winners prior to the march in ceremony for individual prelims

d. Howard Ruben informed coaches of road work being done around the high school so plan for travel time

e. Instant replay of routines will be on the internet

f. All athletes that receive awards should be in uniform.

Golf Outing

a. In order to have an outing we need 75 people or more, with the lack of interest in recent years we were unable to book the outing. However Mark Wanner is going to book as many tee times as he can for anyone that is interested. Please contact him as soon as possible if you would like to play golf.
b. Date: Tuesday, May 14th
c. Place: Oak Meadows (Map is on the IHSGCA website)
d. Tee Times start at 3:52 p.m.

Fall Retreat

A. Dates: September 13th, 14th and 15th
B. Registration: 6:30- 7:00 p.m. on Friday the 13th
C. Guest Speaker: Jim Harrington- Motivational Speaker "Getting the most out of your student/athlete"
D. There are group discounts for those in the same school or district
E. Pre-registration forms are available form Ed Raymond and should also be on the www.ihsgca.org website soon.
F. Ed Raymond expressed that this is his last year of doing this and if anyone is interested in fronting this in the future should contact him.

Summer Meet

a. Date: Thursday, June 27th
b. Time: 5:00 p.m. warm up; 6:30 p.m. meet
c. Place: Addison Trail
d. Entrance Fee: $3.00/event or $15.00 for all around
